1. This promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and proof of age may be required. Only one entry per e-mail address will be submitted.
The promotion is not open to employees or agents of any company within the Black and Decker group of companies and/or anyone connected with this promotion.
By entering into this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the DEWALT.co.uk web site.
2. The promoter is DEWALTŪ ("DEWALT"), DEWALTŪ Industrial Power Tool Company Limited (registered number SC14586) whose registered office is at Migvie House,
North Silver Street, Aberdeen. AB10 1RJ, Scotland.
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. An independent party, whose decision shall be final, shall draw the name of one winner on the 31st March, 30th June, 30th September and December 19th 2008.
The winner will be selected on that date and will be the person that has the highest score on the score board at the moment of selection.
5. If for unforeseen circumstances (technical or otherwise) the winner can not be picked on these dates the winner will be the person with the highest score on the next day
closest to that date on which the selection should have taken place. DEWALT reserves the right to change this date at any time.
6. The applicant will only be considered for the prize draw on full completion of all fields and information asked for on the competition registration page.
7. The prize will be one DEWALTŪ Plunge Saw for the winning entrant. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes. The winner will be notified by phone and by email.
If the winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days the prize will be withdrawn. Winner should allow 28 days for delivery of the prize.
8. DEWALTŪ will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of any names and/or email addresses in the draw by virtue of any technical failures of its web site or otherwise and,
whether any such failure is within the control of DEWALTŪ or not. DEWALTŪ reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered
with the operation of the promotion or the DEWALT.co.uk web site, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of the DEWALT.co.uk website.
9. The decision by DEWALTŪ is final in all matters relating to this promotion.
10. Details of the most recent winner will be available on receipt of a ready stamped and self-addressed envelope marked "DEWALTŪ Website Plunge Saw Winner",
sent to the DEWALTŪ address set out below.
